Pachmarhi is Madhya Pradesh's most verdant jewel, a place where nature has found exquisite expression in myriad enchanting ways. Indeed, this charming little hill station, studded with waterfalls, trekking trails, stone-age cave paintings, colonial monuments and rich legends plucked from ancient scriptures is at its picturesque best during the monsoon months. Pachmarhi is also one of the few hill stations in India that has been spared the scars of progress and over-development. Bhopal, capital of Madhya Pradesh combines scenic beauty, historicity and modern urban planning.Bhopal is also known as the Lake City (or City of Lakes) for its various natural as well as artificial lakes and is one of the greenest cities in India.
Day 1
On arrival at Bhopal Airport/Railway Station, you will be picked up by your private Caravan and transferred to Pachmarhi. In the evening, visit the Lake where you can indulge in a lot of activities at your own expense. Opt for paddle boating (Rs.50 for a couple for half an hour) OR horse riding (Rs.50 for 1 round) OR a camel ride (Rs.30 per person). Stay overnight aboard the Caravan.
Day 2
After breakfast, you can go for a full day guided sightseeing tour to the natural wonders of Pachmarhi, which includes Priyadarshini (Forsyth Point), Bee Fall, Handi Khoh and Fairy pool. After lunch, proceed to Dhoopgarh to watch a beautiful sunset. Later in the evening, explore the vibrant market of Pachmarhi. Stay overnight aboard the Caravan.
Day 3
After breakfast, get transferred to Bhopal Airport/Railway Station for your return journey. |
