Day 1
On arrival at Jabalpur Airport, transfer to Bandhavgarh National Park. Enjoy an evening game drive of Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve(own expence). Have a comfortable overnight stay at the wildlife resort in Bandhavgarh.
Day 2
Enjoy a morning and evening park safari at Bandhavgarh national park. Have a comfortable overnight stay at the wildlife resort in Bandhavgarh. Bandhavgarh National Park is known specially for good tiger-sighting in India. In Tala range of Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve, density of tigers is highest in India. It was the private hunting preserve before 1968 of Royal family of Rewa. Bandhavgarh forest had witnessed many white tigers in past like in 1915, 1948, 1951 etc. Fort at the height of 811 metres high hillock is another important place to visit in Bandhavgarh game drive. Here one can find ancient temples, forts, man-made ponds, statues, caves, and the best views for bird photography. Important areas inside Bandhavgarh are: Chakradhara, Sidhh-Baba, Andheyari jheria (Andheyari means 'dark' and Jheriya means 'cluster of trees'), charger's point, Shesh Shaiya, Sita Mandap, and Gopalpur pond etc. Sita and Charger were the most photographed tiger couple in the world.
Day 3
Early morning after Breakfast, transfer from the resort to Jabalpur airport / railway station to board your flight / train to Delhi. |
