Sandwiched between the tall mountains and deep blue sea, is the South-Western State of Kerala. Day 1: Kochi - Athirappally (2 hrs)
After you arrival at Kochi Airport or Ernakulam, you will meet our representative and drive to Athirappally check in to hotel and freshen up. Then, you will visit Athirappally & Vazhachal Waterfalls within 2-3 Hours. You will enjoy the fresh and energizing splash of these world famous waterfalls. Finally, you will return to the Athirappally hotel for an relaxing overnight stay.
Day 2: Athirappally - Munnar (4 hrs)
After enjoying the morning breakfast, you will check out to hotel and drive to Munnar. Upon arrival, you will check in to hotel to relax. The rest of the day is free for leisure activities on your own like exploring local markets. You will spend the restful night at the hotel.
Day 3: Munnar
Munnar is a majestic and naturally blessed hill station in the Western Ghats at the altitude of 5000 feet from sea level. This one of the best hill stations in Kerala, Munnar flaunts picturesque valleys, breathtaking mountains and lush green tea gardens. Munnar means three rivers because the town is located at the confluence of 3 mountain streams - Muthirapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundala. You will visit several local attractions like Blossom Park, Pothamedu View Point, Mattupetty Dam, Echo point , Kundala Lake, Top Station and Tea Museum. After exploring the scenic natural beauty of Munnar, you will return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 4: Munnar - Thekkady (3 hrs)
Enjoy the morning breakfast. Then, you will check out of Hotel and head out to Thekkady. Thekkady is considered a heaven for natural spices such as black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon and clove. After reaching to Thekkady, you will relish the main local attraction of the hill station; boating. You will boat on the lake and Mullaperiyar Dam (You will pay for it separately.). Thekkady has immense possibilities for Adventure Tourism. So, Next, you will proceed to catch a glimpse of wild animals. The Forest Department offers several programs like Periyar Tiger Trail, Nature Walk, Bamboo Rafting, etc. You can select any of these programs as per your choice (You will pay for it separately.). The private and government agencies promote Plantation Tourism here, so that you can see and learn the cultivation of various spices of Kerala. Then, you will return to the hotel for restful accommodation.
Day 5: Kochi
After the delicious morning breakfast, you will check out of the hotel and start a 4 hour drive to Kochi Railway Station or Kochi Airport to continue your onward trip. This will be end of your trip.
