Varanasi, previously named Benares and Kashi (City of Light) The city is the beating heart of the Hindu universe, a crossing place between the physical and spiritual worlds, and the Ganges is viewed as a river of salvation, an everlasting symbol of hope to past, present and future generations.
Day 1: Arrival in Varanasi
Arrive in Varanasi Cantt Station, transfer to the hotel and check-in to the hotel. Rest of the day is free for you. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2: Varanasi
After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing of Varanasi covering the ghats such as Asi, Dashashwamedha, Adi Keshava, Panchganga and Manikarnika. If time permits, you can visit Kashi Vishwa Nath temple and Sankat Mochan Hanuman temple (on your own). Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3: Depart Varanasi
After breakfast, check-out from the hotel. You will be transferred to Varanasi Cantt Station. Tour concludes. |
