Situated in the outskirts of Dwraka, Nageshwar Temple or Nagnath Temple is one of the prominent Shiva shrines in India and this temple represents the removal of evil forces from earth. Somnath Temple is one of the very ancient temples of India located in Gujarat. Shree Somanth is first among the twelve Aadi Jyotirlings of India. It is the holy place of Aadi Jyotirling of Shree somnath Mahadev. This is one of the most ancient temple of Gujrat and with its beautiful structure and historical importance this temple is a center of attraction of shrines. Somnath Temple stands as a symbol of rich cultural heritage of India.
Day1
On arrival, check in to the hotel. Later, visit the Nageshwar Jyotirling Temple and Gopi (believed to be the venue of many Raas Leelas of Lord Krishna) and take an exhilarating ferry/boat ride to the holy Island of Bet Dwarka. Enroute, visit the Rukmani Temple and attend the aarti in the evening at Dwarka Dheesh temple. Stay overnight at the hotel in Dwarka.
Day 2
Early in the morning, attend the aarti (optional) at Dwaka Dheesh Temple. After breakfast, leave for Somnath and enroute visit Porbander, the birth place of Mahatma Gandhi.
After arrival in Somnath, visit the Somnath Temple, where you can also attend the evening aarti or see the Sound and Light Show. Enjoy your dinner and an overnight stay at Somnath/Veraval.
Day 3
After breakfast , check out of the hotel. Your tour ends here. |
